Your start at Chrestos

We are looking forward to welcoming you on your first day.


Firstly, we will take care of all necessary formalities in order to complete your documents. Please submit confirmation of your health insurance, your tax card or tax identification number as well as a copy of your social insurance identity card.

Secondly we will give you an overview of how we work at Chrestos, its organization and the different business divisions. Before we familiarize you with our internal processes, we will inform you – among other things – about relevant topics such as General Equal Treatment Act, data protection and security.

We will issue you devices such as a notebook and mobile phone. With this as a basis you will learn more about our systems, like our time tracking and expense recording systems as well as other systems in order to prepare yourself for the first customer project.

The employment contract

Fair job conditions.


Once having agreed on a working relationship, we will incorporate this in an employment contract that is generally indefinite.

Our contract comprises of the following:

  • Annual leave entitlement of 30 calendar days (full time employees).
  • Probationary period of 6 months for both sides.
  • A fair basic salary.
